There are only 3 hand types for the informative Double :-
a)
13+ and liking the other 3 suits
b)
17/18 high card points and strong 6 card
suit of your own
c)
19+ points balanced.
The common denominator in these 3 categories is that
there is no overcall for these 3 hand types, hence you need the Double.
