The three main leads versus No Trumps are in ascending order:-
a)Partners Suit if she bid
b)Top of a sequence if its in your longest suit
c)4th highest of longest suit.
INTERMEDIATES TIP 841
If you have a very bad hand maybe only 3 or 4 points don't bother
to lead that suit but (TRY & FIND PARTNER'S Suit)- maybe lead from your
doubleton Major suit.
ADVANCED TIP 841
If
somebody leads 2 (4th Highest) you know he started with
precisely 4 and you can see dummy so you can be an expert and work how
many cards are left and you can work out how many cards declarer has.
Declarer can also do the same.
