If the King of Hearts is offside then this contract has no chance of making and it looks like West is putting you to the sword at trick1. You must be up to it and take the Heart finesse, which succeeds.

Having to over this hurdle you must now come back to hand via the Diamond Ace in order to take the first Spade finesse. Playing for split honours you now finesse the 10. which yields the King from East. 

 East plays back a heart which you win. You now draw trumps ending in dummy in order to ruff the Heart and establsih all the Hearts in dummy.

You now make 3 trumps, 5 hearts, 3 Diamonds and 1 heart ruffed, bringing home your slam
