West leads Top of Interior Sequence - You have no choice but to try the ♠Q at trick 1 which holds.
What next?
Initially it looks like we are going to need Diamonds to come in but there is no entry to dummy so we will have to rely on something good happening in Clubs (maybe somebody has doubleton Queen) and if that fails maybe West will be squeezed in Diamonds and Spades.
With all this in mind, we should play off the clubs. No queen appears after two rounds but it is West who only has two. East wins the third round of clubs and West has to find a discard and he discards a Diamond.
East plays a Spade which you are able to win.
You now cash two more Clubs and now West sheds a Heart and a Spade.
You now deduce that he is under pressure and is guarding Diamonds. You can now play a Heart which West wins but now he can only cash two Spades. and you are home.
You will make the last two Diamonds and a Heart.
You will eventually get home by making 2 Spades, 1 Heart, 2 Diamonds and 4 clubs
