Playing Match Point pairs sometimes you need to consider what all the other pairs will be playing in, in order to work out how to play the current contract..
In order to beat all those in 4© you will have to hope the "Bridge Gods" are on your side and that all the finesses will work.
After winning the first trick with the Ace (little point in holding up) you advance the Club queen (you need to take this finesse now) while you still have Hearts as entries for the Diamond finesse later) which is covered and you now cash your club tricks. You can now cash your Hearts. As a final blow to the nice opponents you now play ¨King and then finesse the Jack in hand which is successful.
With the 2 finesse both working you now make 1 Spade, 5 Hearts, 3 Diamonds and 4 clubs for a very good Match Point score.
