Once West leads a Diamond with careful play you will be able to make 12 tricks on this hand if you play the suits in the correct order.
If West has 4 or more Spades and clubs with the QJ he will be well and truly squeezed by tricks 9 and 10.
With this in mind, after winning the first trick you will test Spades.
It turns out that East doesn’t follow suit to the third round of Spades so West does indeed have 4 as well as at least 4 Diamonds (the suit he led).
You now cash all your Hearts, careful to play the Queen first (high card from short hand) and by the 4th and fifth Hearts you see West struggling to discard and he releases all his Diamonds barring the Ace and eventually a club keeping a winning Spade 9) and top Diamond. Now you can cash 3 more Clubs and West will eventually make the last trick keeping his Diamond Ace to beat your last Diamond (9)
You have made 12 tricks from 1 Diamond, 3 Spades 5 Hearts and 3 Clubs (squeezing West out of his Club trick)
