Initially you have a count of 10 tricks by way of 2 Spades, 4 Hearts 2 Diamonds and 2 Clubs so where do you go for the extra 2 tricks?

you could go after Diamonds but this suit will only produce one extra trick and you could go after Spades too but this suit too will only produce 1 extra trick.

So where does one go for the extra trick? You will have to go after the Clubs. Either the Clubs will break 4:3  or the §9 will fall in two rounds which will make your §8 a prominent card.

 With all this in mind, win the first trick in dummy with a high Heart and now unblock the Club King. Now come to hand to play Ace and Jack of clubs. No Nine fell but the clubs broke 4:3 and you can now play your promoted 10 and then the thirteenth Club bringing your contract home via 4 clubs, 2 Diamonds, 4 Hearts and 2 Spades.
