On this hand initially you have 7 winners, 2in spades, 2 in Hearts, 1 in Diamonds and 2 in Clubs- So how are you going to find 5 more tricks?
Well as long as the Diamonds behave you should get 4 more from thus "lovely" suit in dummy.
If on the run of Diamonds East who is following suit after dummy had to protect both Black suits then you could established one extra card from either Spades or Clubs, assuming you are squeezing East.
With his in mind you win the first trick in hand with the ©Ace, keeping the King on table as an extra entry. You now play off Ace and another Diamond pleased to see the King fall first round. (The suit didn't break 2:2 but the singleton was an important Honour..
East puts you back in dummy and you play return to hand with the ¨Jack. You now enter dummy with your only other entry (§king) and real off the remaining 3 Diamond winners watching East's discards. .East releases 3 clubs so when you now play a second club down comes the Queen and Jack together. East has been duly squeezed as he wasn't able to control both the Black suits.
You eventually turned 7 winners into 12 by way of 2 Spades, 2 Hearts, 5 Diamonds and 3 Clubs.
