If the Diamond Ace is with East you will not be able to lead up to Dummy twice to get two Diamond tricks. Therefore you will have to fall back on ruffing Hearts in dummy (the short hand).

After winning the first trick immediately trump a Heart and then play the Diamond King which is taken by East who diligently switches to a trump. Because you cashed a top Diamond forcing out the Ace you can now play a second winning Diamond and ruff a Diamond to get back to hand. In order to ruff another Heart. Now it’s a matter of getting back to hand  to draw the last trump. You do this by giving up a Club. However East is on the ball and wins the club and play the thirteenth Diamond to gain a trump promotion for West who has the Spade Jack left. Good effort declarer J
