Normally when you have long trumps you lead from your long suit in the hope that declarer might lose control of the trumps suit but here you decide that partner might be able to get in so you lead your singleton Club and partner dutifully wins the first trick and plays back the §10. This is a suit preference signal asking partner for a Heart switch.

If you try to cash the Heart Ace first then you will not be able to get over to partner to get your second club ruff as there is only on Heart in dummy. Therefore you must trust partner enough to underlead your Heart Ace to put partner in with his Heart King and you can now get a second Club ruff and defeat the contract by one.

The defence has taken 1 Club, 1 Heart and 2 club ruffs- remember to count your winners when you defend and to occasionally look at the dummy J.

Even without the suit preference signal you would need to play your partner for the Heart King if you decided you want to beat the contract and would have to underlead the Heart Ace.
