The  switch looks like a singleton so you can draw three rounds of trumps ending in dummy ready to play Hearts from the top. If West follows it’s a matter of ruffing out one round and all the Hearts are high. If West shows out on the second round you can merely do a ruffing finesse against East.

As the cards lay, the Hearts break and the hand is very easy once all the Hearts come into play and you make 2 Hearts, 4 established Hearts, I heart ruffed, 4 natural trumps and 1 Club, losing just the first trick
