When the winners count is low then its a good idea to count losers (as well/instead).
Here we only have 4 winners, two top spades and two top Clubs.
However the horizon look much better on the losers front- hopefully no more than 1 trump 2 Hearts and 1 Diamond.
With this in mind, you win the first two tricks and then draw two rounds of trumps before returning to your hand with a top Club (to eliminate Clubs from both hands). Now youwill need to get that lovely long heart suit in dummy working for you and when you play a low heart from hand West produces the King. (looks like a singleton or start of AK).
West cashes a Diamond followed by another Diamond which you can win with your now promoted King. Its now a matter of forcing out the other top Heart. East wins and cashes his Spade Queen but you can now take care of the rest with 3 winning Hearts and a trump left.
You made 3 Spades, 3 Hearts 1 Diamond and 2 clubs
