This hand is relatively easy as long as you keep count of your second suit and establish your second suit.

After winning the second trick you must immediately embark on the Spade suit and   play the   Ace and ruff a spade pleased to see the Spades breaking kindly .

Now come back to hand with the Diamond Queen in order to ruff another spade making sure you ruff high so that the trump suit is not blocked. Now all the spades are high in your hand.

Its now a matter of drawing the last three trumps and playing off  all your winning established Spades

You made 4 trumps, 1 Spade, 2 Spades ruffed, 1 Diamond and 4 established Spades (NB you didn’t even make the Club Queen or the Ace King of Diamonds J).
