After hearing this auction you know declarer and dummy between them have only just got 25/26 points at the most which leaves partner with 7 and therefore with passive defence you could possibly obtain 5 defensive tricks and maybe defeat the contract so you need to be passive and try and not give anything away.
Initially lead ♣9
After winning the first trick in dummy declarer plays a low diamond and partner also contributes a low Diamond . Declarer now tries the ♦9 and you get a very pleasant surprise when your Jack wins. Now play another club still trying to give nothing away.
Declarer wins in dummy and leads a low Diamond which partner wins with the King. He is on same wavelength as you and exits with his last club.
Declarer cashes all his minor suit winners and he has now made 6 tricks before playing a heart from dummy which you win.
You now play the ♠Queen won by declarer with the king.
Declarer cashes the Heart King before conceding the last Heart to you.
With yours and partner's passive defence you eventually made 2 Diamonds 2 Hearts and 1 spade.
