3♥ is a transfer to Spades showing five card suit
After winning the first trick there is little point in playing back a Spade as you can see all the goodies on the table and there is no future there.
Your best bet is to lead up to dummy's weakness and you will also need to pincer dummy's ♥10.
With this in mind, at trick two play your Heart King and get an almighty surprise when it holds. Now you play the Jack pinning dummy's 10 and finessing declarer's Queen at the same time.. Partner duly plays back another Heart and you manage to take the first 6 tricks by way of 2 top Spades and 4 Hearts.
