In order to make this contract you are going to have to get to Dummy and after a cursory glance there doesn’t appear to be an entry to dummy to enjoy the second Heart and also to take the Spade finesse. However if you look more carefully dummy’s §5 is higher than both your  4 and 2 in hand. So make sure you ruff the first trick with either the 7 or something higher retaining low cards to latterly get over to dummy’s five.

You trump the first trick with the §7 and immediately play the §K  relieved to see the suit divide 1:1 . After they play a second Diamond ruff and play a Heart dislodging East’s Ace. Win whatever is played back enter dummy with that carefully preserved §5 and discard 1 Spade on the established Heart and then take a Spade finesse to claim your doubled contract obtained from 2 Spades, 1 Hearts and 8 clubs.
