After some aggressive bidding you get to 5♣ (maybe 3NT would have been easier) And West leads a Diamond.
In order to make this contract you will have to first ruff two hearts so as to establish the suit and then you can draw trumps. If you incorrectly draw two rounds of trumps then you will be able to only ruff 1 heart.
So after winning the first trick immediately play Ace and a low Heart and ruff it. Now come back to hand with a Diamond ruff in order to ruff a second Heart. When the Queen falls now all your Hearts are established and you need to draw trumps cashing the King first and then get back to hand via another diamond ruff. With the lucky fall of trumps now at the eleventh hour you can finesse the spade for an overtrick- but its not to be.
