After winning the third Heart you have no losers in the non trump suits so now it’s a matter of taking the safety play in trumps to guarantee only one loser. To do this, you play low towards the Ace and then low back towards the 9, catering for a 4:1 split. Because West has a singleton 10, when you now  play low towards the 9 your 9 holds and you will subsequently be able to  finesse East’s remaining Q6 bringing home, 4 trumps, 2 Hearts, 2 Clubs and 3 Diamonds.
