After the lead on this hand you know that East has all the spades and the one think you don't want is to run into a ruff as well as the original count of three further losers- (ie 1 in Spades, 1 in clubs and 1 in Diamonds that you can do nothing about.
With this in mind you will have to "completely" rely on the Trump Finesse making sure you stay in hand to repeat the finesse.
After winning the first trick come to hand with your Diamonds entry (¨Ace) and play the Heart queen and let it run and then the Jack and then the9. West refuses to cover so overtake with the 10 in order to draw last trump. Now you will just make 1 more trump and 2 Diamonds
In total You will now make 2 Spades, 5 Trumps 2 Diamonds and 1 Club.
