Some hands are known as "OPEN BOOK", This means that at the beginning of the hand once dummy comes down you know where all the important cards are because of the auction.

Initially you have 6 winners i.e. 1 Spade, 1 Heart, and 4 Diamonds.

Between your hand and the dummy you have 24 Honour points

Here East opened the bidding and has bid twice on his own so must have all the remaining Honour points including the trump Queen.

Now you can assume that all the hearts will come into play assuming trumps are no worse that 3:1 (by finessing trumps (TWICE)

If the Diamonds are no worse than 4:1 then you can establish the last Diamond.

This now brings out total to 6 Hearts, 5 Diamonds and 1 Spade. As long as you trump 1 Spade in dummy, the short hand this will bring the total to all 13 tricks.

Having escaped a Club lead can you now make all 13 tricks?

After winning the first trick now ruff a Spade to get to dummy in order the finesse the trumps. The trump finesse works.

With  a shortage of entries back to dummy without blocking the Diamond suit you must now hope the trumps break 2:2. You play the trump Ace and the King falls. (you must have said your prayers to the  bridge gods)

Having drsen trumps you can now cash all the Diamonds and claim 13 tricks.
