Some hands just play themselves and this is one such hand

After winning the first trick you will need to draw trumps but the bidding suggests that the Heart Queen is not with the pre-emptor so there is little point in finessing. You cash two top Hearts and get pleasant surprise when the Queen falls. You remove the last trump before embarking on Diamonds.

With a K9 tenace in dummy and a Q10 tenace is your hand it is no cost play to play the Ace first. West shows out and now you can go over to the King and finesse East for the known missing Jack. Throw away a club loser on the winning Diamond. No hurry to ruff a Diamond as that would put you in the wrong hand to tackle the Spade suit.

Play a low spade up to the King which holds. Now to try and keep your Spade losers to just the Ace, it is a no cost play to finesse the Spade Ten on the way back. This brings the Ace from West and now the rest are yours.

You made 2 Spades, 4 trumps, 4 Diamonds 1 Club and 1 club ruffed for a very well-played hand, losing just the Ace of Spades.
