Initially you have 6 winners- 2 Major Suit Aces and two minor suit Ace Kings

You will also get at least two more Spade tricks depending on the location of the King. You can establish the Clubs. You can  take the Diamond finesse, (possibly the Heart finesse at trick 1).- loads of options- Let's see how the hand pans out.

At trick ,1 if you were to take the Heart finesse, this could be like changing wine into water. In the Heart suit at the moment, you have no losers, so why risk an unnecessary  finesse. So at trick 1 you go up with the Ace and take an immediate Trump finesse (while you are in the correct hand to do so). West wins and gets off lead with a trump and after playing the ª8 East contributes the 9 and you win and take stock.

You will still need to take the Diamond finesse some time but you will also need to establish the clubs. What is more likely the 4:2 break in clubs or 33: break? Well here you do not need to be an optimist since you have enough trumps to ruff the suit out even if they do break 4:2, but this means you will have to delay drawing the last trump.

So without much ado let's start on Clubs with two top clubs and a club ruff. Gee its good that we didn’t draw that last trump in a hurry as now we still have a trump on the table to ruff one more club. We are now in the correct hand to take the Diamond finesse. We successfully finesse the Diamonds and ruff one more Club bringing down West's last trump . Its now a matter of getting back to our hand with a Diamond to draw East's last trump.

We will eventually make 3 trumps, 1 Heart, 3 Diamonds, 2 Clubs, 2 Clubs ruffed and  1 established club
