When defending as long as you are on same wavelength as partner you should throw away what you don't want and let partner work put what you do want.
With this in mind, you realise that partner would not be cashing the top Diamond setting up dummy's Jack unless partner must have started with six (and knows declarer cannot get to the dummy).
So its now important to CHUCK a LOW SPADE, keeping all those glorious Hearts.
Partner is indeed on the same wavelength and. plays a Heart. Declarer wins and with only Major cards left exits with a Heart. You can now cash 4 Heart winners and will eventually get 1 Spade.
You with your partner realised 1 Spade, 4 Hearts 1 Diamond and 1 Club to defeat the contract by 2 and earn a well deserved 1.5 imps.
