After the Queen holds the trick you will need to ride your luck here and get the Heart position right and establish tricks in DIAMONDS.
You will also need to keep an entry to dummy’s diamonds.
With all this in mind after winning the Club you now play dummy’s Diamond King leaving the trumps alone.
East wins and exits with another Diamond and you chuck the losing Spade.
After winning on the table play one top trump to see if there is a singleton Trump Queen floating about. When no queen falls, return to hand with a top trump ready to finesse the Queen of Trumops. When the Queen falls in two rounds you can now claim
You made 5 trumps, 3 Spades 1 Diamond and 1 Club.
