Plan your defence when partner leads ♠9 and declarer wins first trick with dummy's Queen and plays a Diamond from dummy

What do you make of the lead? It seems to be top of Nothing with partner trying to find you- however this was not to be.
Declarer wins first trick and plays a Diamond. You duck the first Diamond and dummy's Ten wins and declarer now plays another Diamond and you win with your Ace. What now?
Looks like declarer is almost home with winning Diamonds in hand, winning Spades in the closed hand and for good measure the top Clubs in dummy.
Your only hope is to use the "maxim" lead up to dummy's weakness which here is Hearts.
You switch to your 4th highest Heart and get a lovely surprise when partner wins with the Queen followed by the Ace and another low one to your King and Ten and you have taken 5 tricks in a row (4 Hearts and a diamond Ace and defeated the contract by one. Good job you were not a member of the "always brigade" and merely played back your partner's original suit led. You thought it through and found the magnificent Heart switch.
