The opponents have listened to your auction  and have led a trump in an attempt to cut back on your "cross ruffing" a term my students love to use all the time even when its not correct J

Initially you have 5 Spade winners, 3 Hearts and 1 club totalling 9 winners.

If you can ruff 3 Clubs  in dummy the "short hand" then this will bring the tally to 12. If the clubs break 4:3 then the last club in dummy will be established bringing the total to 13.

With this in mind at trick 2, after winning the first trick in dummy you play Ace and trump a club pleased to see the clubs behaving so far with both opponents following. You now come back to a High Heart in order to ruff another club (with no danger of being overruffed). Again everybody follows and you now know the clubs are breaking 4:3. You can risk another Heart to get back to hand to ruff your fourth club.

Your priority is now to draw trumps, and the safest way back to hand is by ruffing a Diamond. After ruffing a Diamond you draw the outstanding trumps and claim 13 tricks by way of 5 trumps, 3 Hearts, 1 Club, 3 Clubs ruffed, and 1 established Club
