Plan your play in 4♠ after the !C3 is led

Since you have not got control of the trump suit (i.e. you do not have the Ace) your first priority if to make your Club loser go away and you will need to do this before touching trumps (or they will play a second club when they get in with the trump Ace.

So immediately play 3 rounds of Diamonds chucking the club loser away.

Since you are in dummy at this point, do not waste that entry, and  play a Heart now  towards your KQ holding in hand, finessing East for the missing Ace- after all he did overcall 2♣

The finesse works and now it is necessary to draw trumps. So lead a trump off the table and play the King and West takes his Ace. and gets off lead with a Club. Now play two more rounds of trumps staying in dummy in order to finesse the Hearts once more. East wins and play a Diamond. Because your trumps were so good at the beginning (everything from the 5 to the King) West cannot overtrump you. You now draw the last trump and you have made 11 tricks losing just the two Major suit Aces for a very good match point score.
