Well the most important thing here to do is LAD - Look At Dummy - and see how you are going to muster 4 tricks to take them down. Well from looking at the dummy and remembering the bidding you know that you will obtain 3 winners by way of 2 Hearts and 1 Diamond so where will the setting trick come from?

It will have to come from clubs and partner hopefully will turn up with the King or Ace so at trick two or three you will have to switch to clubs otherwise declarer will merely set up those lovely Diamonds that you can see in the dummy.

After switching to Clubs partner does indeed turn up with the Club King and now you set the contract by one trick by way of 2 Hearts, 1 Club and 1 Diamond.
