When this hand was played against me West correctly, lead his 4th highest and partner fired back the ♥10 and declarer played low and that was the end of the defence. With the Jack going at trick 1 all West needs to Queen his partner's 10 and then he can continue playing more Hearts and when declarer plays the Diamond he will be able to win and cash 3 more winning Hearts. The defenders will then take 5 Hearts and 1 Diamond and defeat the contract by two. Sometimes declarer needs to Ace his own King or King is own Queen to be in correct hand. This applies to the two defenders as well sometimes as demonstrated by this hand - what's good for the goose is good for the gander.
