Initially you have 6 Spade winners 1 Heart and 1 Diamond totalling 8 so where are the remaining 4 tricks coming from?

The opponent has led a trump and will probably play another trump when they get in so trumping 1 Diamond and 2 Hearts on the table is not going to happen and will not bring in the extra 4 tricks you need.

You could take the Heart finesse which is only 50% and you will still lose the Diamond Ace so is there any other way to generate these extra tricks.

Well those clubs in dummy are the key to this hand and if the clubs break no worse then 4:2  (68% chance) then you can establish 2 tricks. You can use the Diamond King to force out the Ace for one more trick and then on the top Diamond you can chuck a losing Heart and trump a Heart in dummy, the short hand and your total will be 12 tricks.

With all this in mind after winning first trick immediately play Ace and another Club and when East follows suit for two rounds you are now safe knowing Clubs are now worse than 4:2.

Draw the last trump ending in hand to play a Diamond just in case East has the Ace. However West has the Ace and exits with a second Diamond. You chuck the Losing Heart and ruff out the clubs to make the rest of the tricks.

You made 4 trumps (from the long hand) 2 Club ruffs, 1 Club, 2 established Clubs, 1 Diamond 1 Heart and 1 Heart ruffed in dummy the short hand.
