Having escaped a trump lead, you now count your winners- You initially have 1 Spade, 3 Hearts and 1 Club so you will need to find 4 or more tricks. The hand is ripe for CROSS RUFFING when you have a singleton in one hand and a different singleton in the other hand.
The lead suggests that the Heart suit is breaking kindly i.e. 4:3. When performing a cross ruff it is vital to cash all the absolute winners in the other suits before the two defenders throw that suit away- here that suit is Hearts.
With all this in mind, cash 3 top Hearts and the other two aces, and then let the cross ruffing begin whereby you trump a spade in one hand and a club in the other. With everybody following suit you eventually make 3 Hearts, 1 Spade, 1 Club, 2 spade ruffs and 2 club ruffs and the Diamond Queen after trumping the third spade with the Ten in dummy. for a well played hand bringing home 10 tricks
(Why did I say having escaped a trump lead? Its going to be a lot more difficult if West were to lead a trump and take out three round of trumps straight away stopping you getting 4 cross ruffs in)
