Having escaped a Diamond lead you now have to completely rely on a finesse at all costs.
You cannot afford to touch trumps yet because there is a sure trump loser unless somebody has K10 doubleton which is hgly unlikely.
This hand is really all about losers and dumping them.
Initially you now have two losers- 1 trump and 1 Diamond. The semi-friendly lead manes you no longer need to worry about the Heart suit. You will need to dump your diamond loser on a club and you will have to hope that West has the Club Queen.
With all this in mind at trick 2 play Ace and another club finessing dummy's Jack and then chucking your Diamond loser on the Club King,
Now play Ace and another trump towards dummy's remaining trump Queen.
The bridge gods are with you and East wins the second Spade and if he tries to give partner a Heart ruff but that is not going to happen as West only started with 2 trumps.
You now make 5 trumps, 4 Hearts and 3 clubs and you just get home.
(NB the bidding is bizarre and North should infact just initailly reply 2D. He is too good for direct 3NT response and he should not be bidding his hand over and over again UGH)
