It seems you have no losers in the outside suits with AKQ in 2 suits and an Ace opposite a singleton so all your energies need to be focused on the trump suit . If the suit breaks 22 you will not have any problems If the suit breaks 4:0 with East holding all the QJ98  you can secure your contract by leaving your A10 tenace intact.

With this in mind after winning the first trick in dummy you cash the King of trumps and observe West following suit with the Jack.

Now once an honour appears from either opponent The Theory of Restricted Choice says  that it is now  twice as likely the other opponent has the missing honour. If this is true then East is more likely to hold the Queen than West,

Therefore after the King has won, you now play a low card inserting the 10 when East plays low. East has the missing Queen and now the rest of the tricks are yours after drawing the last trump.

You will make 5 trumps, 5 Clubs (as the Jack falls in two rounds) 5 Spades (that suit breaks too) plus the Heart Ace, that’s a massive 16 tricks – well played.
