After the Heat lead you can count 7 winners (2 Clubs, 3 Diamonds 1 Heart, and 1 Spade). As long as the Diamonds break, you will make two more Diamond tricks and you will be safely home. Playing teams, safety is important and not overtricks that might jeopardise the contract
So immediately test the diamonds finding them 2:2. Nothing more to the hand after running for home with your 1 Spade trick, 1 Heart trick 5 diamonds and 2 clubs.
If you were playing Match Points you might risk a finesse of the club Jack for the overtrick, which would be successful BUT I would not recommend it.
