Initially you had 10 tricks 3 in each suit except Clubs. With the club lead the defence has now brought your tally to 11 tricks which also means they have “RECTIFIED THE COUNT” for a squeeze. (Being exactly one trick short of your target figure).

From the lead it seems West has made a passive lead from a long club suit . If any of your suits break then you will get a 12th trick from spades, or Hearts or Diamonds but, if not, then hopefully you can squeeze an opponent who has to guard two of these suits .

With this in mind you cash a third Club noting East throwing a Spade.

You now cash three winning Hearts but this suit doesn’t break. However, it now seems that East only has Diamonds and Spades left and on the 3^rd  round of Hearts cannot guard both suits and on the 3^rd round of Hearts drops a Diamond. You are now home because your AKQ of Diamonds will take out all the remaining Diamonds and your ¨4 will provide the 12^th trick.
