When counting your winners here, you have 8 Hearts and 1 Club so you will need to generate 2 more tricks.
On the losers front you have 1 spade loser, 1 club loser and 1 Diamond loser. So you will need to dispose of one of these losers.
Do you rely on the 50-50 shot of the club finesse or do you go for the spades in dummy. If the spades break 3:3 you will be OK or if the spades break 4:2 with a doubleton Ace. This seems better odds.
So after winning the trump, immediately play a Spade and finesse the Ten. West follows suit with the Queen and now plays a club.
You reject the club finesse and win with the Ace. Now re-enter dummy with a trump in order to play a second spade and everybody follows but no Ace falls. Now re-enter dummy a second time with a trump and trump another spade pleased to see the spades breaking 3:3. Now you can re-enter dummy one more time by trumping a Diamond and now play off the winning Spade and claim your contract.
You made 8 trumps, 1 Club, 1 diamond ruffed,1 established spade.
