Initially you have  3 Spade winners, 2 Heart winners 4 top Diamonds and 2 top clubs- 11 winners. If you can ruff Hearts twice in dummy, you can in fact generate 2 extra tricks. So, after winning the first trick in dummy, play two rounds of trumps ending in hand and discovering the bad news of the 4:1 break. You will now have to settle for just a 12^th trick by ruffing a Heart in dummy before drawing the remaining two tricks, so without much ado, play off two top Hearts and another one pleased to see both the Queen and Jack falling in three rounds. Now you will be able to make all thirteen tricks by drawing the last two trumps and claiming the rest.
