You have managed to win the first trick cheaply. Most of the other declarers will probably be playing in 4©. You therefore need to beat them. The only serious problem on this hand for the other declarers would be if the Hearts break badly and now declarer will be looking at 1 Heart loser, 1 Spade loser 1 Diamond loser and 1 Club loser, in fact going one off.

If this is the case we must play the contract out hoping for a bad Heart break, with the Diamond Ace offside.

At trick two we therefore play a Heart and duck it, especially when the Jack appears at trick two. West continues with a top Spade. We win and cash all the hearts relieved to see the hearts breaking 4:1. We now play a Diamond for our 9^th trick. If East has the Ace and another Spade then the suit is OK. If West has the Diamond Ace then our remaining two Spades act as a stopper. It is East who has the Ace and he takes it and plays another Spade, Now the Spades are known to be breaking no worse then 4:3 and the opponents can only cash two Spades. They cash two spades and the rest of the tricks are ours.

We made 2 Spades, 5 Hearts and a  trick in each Minor losing just 1 Heart, 1 Diamond and 2 Clubs.
