In order to defeat 4♥ you will need to produce 4 defensive tricks- Hopefully 1 Might come from clubs and 1 From Hearts so you will need 2 more. Maybe one will come from partner and if partner has an entry you could ruff a Diamond. People are always being advised to lead tops of doubleton in the hope of getting a ruff. Will this hand prove it?

With all this in mind lead top Diamond ie. ♦8

Declarer wins the first trick with the Ace and plays the ♥9 . Win this and RESPECT PARTNER by playing another Diamond BUT make sure you play low Diamond to show you want a club (Suit preference signal) should partner obtain the lead. Declarers wins Diamond Partner wins the trump continuation and duly plays a Club after your suit preference signal. You win with the Ace and play yet a Diamond delighted to see partner ruffing. You have now taken two trumps 1C Club and 1 Diamond Ruff to defeat this perfectly sensible contract.
