After the normal Jack of Hearts lead poor
West was squeezed in two suits by trick 10. After winning the first trick you cash
all your clubs and Diamond winners and at trick 10 West cannot guard 4 Hearts
and the Spade. Therefore either your fourth Heart in hand becomes high or your
Jack of Spades in dummy becomes high. West is truly frazzled.
