After the lead you now have just 4 winners i.e. 2 Hearts now and the Aces in Spades and Diamonds.

With all this in mind, after winning the first trick come to hand with the ♠Ace in order to finesse the Diamonds. You play a LOW (not the Jack) Diamond and get a very pleasant surprise when the King is played from West. Presumably this must be singleton. Because of your due care and attention, you can now finesse East for the 10. You play dummy's ♦9 and let it run and it wins. Now play dummy's penultimate low Diamond to your Jack followed by a Low spade and dummy's Jack wins. Cash the winning Diamond.

Now play a club towards your Queen for your 8th trick.

Now play a spade towards dummy's Queen. West wins and exits with a Spade putting you on table unable to get back to your Heart Ace. No Worry. East cashes his last winning diamond before conceding the last trick to dummy's Club King.
