Initially you have 4 Spade winners, 2 Heart winners and 4 minor suit winners so you will have to ruff Clubs twice to bring your total to the necessary 12. However you will have to make sure you have entries.
After winning the first trick in dummy with the King, immediately unblock the Club Ace before coming to hand with the Diamond Queen. Now in order to trump the first Club. Cash the Spade Jack as you will need to keep low trump in dummy for ruffing another club. East shows out and now you have to hope the bridge gods are with you and that West cannot overtrump dummy's club and West is still following suit in Diamonds.
You now come back to hand via a Heart to trump the club with West still following. Now cash AK of diamonds with West still following and you now make two more top trumps and West makes the last trick with the Spade 9 and you have made the requisite 12 tricks.
