Playing MP s’ how do you try to make 10 tricks  without putting the contract into jeopardy ?

This is a  nice easy hand if you play the suits in the correct order, otherwise you will run short of an entry to North. Initially, you have 9 tricks – 5 Clubs, 3 Aces and a King. The only other trick is going to come from Spades if the King is onside (ie with West).

However if you are in hurry to cash all the clubs you will not be able to get to the winning Spade Queen. Since you have complete control over all 4 suits, at trick two you merely play a low Spade towards dummy’s Queen. Now 10 tricks are safe. Having conserved the Club King, as an entry, in dummy, you will now make 5 Clubs, 2 Diamonds, 1 Heart and 2 Spades.
