Normally when you have a lot of trumps you lead from your long suit and here that would be Diamonds. (LONG IN TRUMP LEAD LENGTH) However you are sitting over the very strong opening bid and the last suit you wan to lead is Diamonds and immediately give declarer his contract. So what to lead? Well if partner has the Club Ace (remote chance) you might get a ruff immediately so you decide to lead your singleton Club. Declarer wins in dummy and correctly plays a Heart towards his KQ of trumps. Partner wins first trick with his singleton Ace and gives you a ruff. What now? Are you patient enough? You should passively play a Spade or Heart and let declarer await his fate. Declarer with your patience should lose, 1 trump , 1 ruff and 2 Diamonds.
