On this hand you need to try and establish your Hearts and in order to do that you will need all your trumps in dummy to ruff the hearts.

If you dare to draw one round of trumps and the trump suit breaks 3:1 when you try to ruff a final Heart by getting back to hand with a diamond you run the risk that the opponents will take another trump off the table cutting back on your ability to ruff Hearts.

With this in mind, you take the first two clubs and then ruff a club, play a Heart and then ruff another  Club and ruff a Heart. Now play a Diamond off the table (not normal play as you would like to lead up to the Diamond king when in hand but if you do this you will be a trick short at the end). They take the Ace and play trumps at you. The trumps have been drawn. You are now left with two  Hearts and one trump (you never shortened yourself earlier) and you merely concede one more Heart.
