The essence of good defence is patience and knowing when to attack to get your tricks and when to play passively.

 On this hand you count two aces and a potential trick in trumps so in order to conceal your assets you should get off with a passive opening lead.

 No need to play the singleton Ace of spades looking for a ruff a) because partner is unlikely to get in and b) you have long trumps.

With all this in mind you should lead top of sequence Diamond Ten.

This brings the Queen from partner and the Ace from declarer.

Declarer now plays a Spade which you have to win with your Ace and you now get off lead with another Diamond which partner wins with the King and to your delight plays a second spade and you are now able to ruff this trick and you have taken the contract one off.

Declarer later finesses your heart Queen and makes the remaining tricks.

In fact when this was played against me declarer finessed East for the missing Heart Queen and went two down. My patience paid off. Maybe declarer should have worked out I had a lot of trumps as I had not led my singleton Spade Ace.
