Beware of Greeks bearing gifts. If in your haste, you now cash all your remaining winning clubs then declarer will prevail.

At trick two, count declarer’s points and more importantly his tricks. Why is he playing on clubs? Your suit!!   

From the bidding you know that declarer must have 13 points for going to 3NT and dummy has 14 and you have 12 which leaves partner with 2 at the most. You can see declarer has 1 Spade trick 4 Heart tricks and 3  Diamonds at the outset, so he is trying to establish the 5^th Club as a winner and doesn’t mind you cashing 4 clubs (NB the clubs might have broken 3:2) so you can present him with the 9^th trick for his contract should you cash your 4 winning Clubs. Therefore you must not cash the winning clubs but instead play the Spade King to smother dummy’s Ace.

Now declarer is one trick short and you will eventually make 4 Clubs and a Spade.
