When this hand was played against me the declarer got himself all tied up trying to trump Diamonds and clubs and not bothering to draw trumps and proceeded to go down.
The opponents lead two rounds of top Diamonds and you trump the third round.
As you have all top clubs and Diamonds there is no need to trump anything and your priority is merely to avoid more than 2 trump losers.
So after ruffing the third round you should go over to dummy with a top club to lead a low Spade towards your Spade king in hand .
East produces the Jack and now you can King it and you are assured of no more than 2 Spade losers. West takes the Ace and Queen and another trump.
You can now cash your winners and claim
You made 3 trumps, (from the long hand_ and 3 tricks in each Minor, losing just two top winners in both trumps and Hearts.
