1. 4NT is Roman Key Card Blackwood 2. confirms Two Key cards and Queen of trump
Initially you have 9 winners by way of 5 trumps, 1 Heart, 2 Diamonds and 1 club.
You will need to generate 3 more.
Hopefully you will be able to finesse clubs and produce two more tricks and also finesse Diamonds up to dummy assuming West has led from QJ of Diamonds.
Can you improve your chances of success if the both Club honours are offside?
Yes you can if you think in terms of an elimination before tackling the club suit.
With all this in mind, you win first trick in hand, and play Heart to the Ace and trump a Heart. Now enter dummy with a trump with both opponents following. Now trump dummy's last heart with the trump jack just in case West isn't following suit and has the Trump Ten. Now play ♦10 which West covers (he doesn't know you have the ♦9) Now risk playing another Diamonds since you need the trump as an entry shortly.
You have now eliminated both red suits and neither defender has a trump. Now enter dummy with a trump and take the club finesse which loses to West. He exits with a Club and you make the rest of the tricks.
You made 4 trump tricks (only - as a semi dummy reversal by trumping Hearts twice) 1 Heart, 2 Heart ruffs, 3 Diamonds, and 2 Clubs.
