After winning East’s King with your Ace you finesse trumps which fails. East returns a Spade which you win with your singleton Ace. You now draw the last trump before turning your attention to your secondary suit. (The Diamond finesse can be taken later if needs be). You play the club Jack chucking a losing diamond followed by a low club ruff. When the Ten falls in three rounds (West led the 7 from 1076), the last two clubs in dummy are now established and you can dump your other two diamond losers on them and can claim your contract.

You made 1 Spade, 4 trumps, 4 Clubs and 1 Club ruffed and 1 Spade Ace and 1 Diamond Ace. Even though the Diamond finesse worked it is better bridge to have  the finesse, which is only 50% chance, as  a back up plan
